I believe that nutrition should be feel serene, not stressful.

My approach is grounded in helping you build a calm, confident relationship with food. Rather than focusing on rigid rules or numbers on a scale, I want to help support your nutrition through transformative seasons of life while honoring your body.

Food is meant to be enjoyed
Eating should feel satisfying and enjoyable and definitely not something you have to “earn” or stress over.

All bodies are welcome here. You deserve compassionate, respectful support exactly as you are.

You are the expert of your own life. My role is to guide and support you with compassion, meeting you where you are without judgment.

Food-first approach
Whenever possible, we’ll prioritize meeting your nutritional needs through food before turning to supplements.

Nourishment over restriction
Food is meant to nourish both your body and your life. We’ll focus on adding in supportive nutrition, rather than taking foods away.

Culturally aware and inclusive care
Your background, traditions, and preferences matter. I strive to provide care that respects and incorporates your cultural food practices.

Together, we’ll build trust in your body’s hunger, fullness, and satisfaction cues, while bringing more awareness to your eating patterns.
